Throughout her pre-collegiate and college careers, Carla has been dedicated to understanding and communicating with people from all walks of life, making a career in recruiting a perfect fit. With a bachelors in biology and environmental science and policy, Carla has pursued a path of continuous learning and sharing of knowledge, particularly in the marine world (interning at the New England Aquarium as a visitor educator was one of the most unforgettable experiences of her life). She is dedicated to promoting engagement and starting the conversation, no matter the topic.
She is currently working on several RPO projects with Sci.bio and is looking forward to wearing many hats as her time with the company grows.
“Sci.Bio’s values and strong focus on being a trust-worthy and dedicated recruiting partner, for clients and candidates makes this the perfect place for me. Regardless of what my role and responsibilities have been over the years, my priority has always been to be a dedicated and valuable resource, which aligns with Sci.Bio’s approach. I am thrilled to join the team during such an exciting time of growth.”
Carla is passionate about documentary videography as well as candid/environmental photography, and visual content creation. Her projects range from pro-bono work for nonprofits to passion projects involving indie shorts and music videos.
She was born in Beirut, Lebanon and is committed to visiting her family often, feeding the travel bug that started in her at a young age.
Videos games and tech are in her blood – she’s spent many hours coding in Minecraft or racing in MarioKart for example – and she is a champion!
