Job Description

A rapidly growing biotech portfolio is seeking a highly motivated People Operations Coordinator to support its expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong drive to deliver an outstanding experience to both candidates and hiring teams. This role will provide high-touch support across recruitment efforts and serve as the subject matter expert on talent acquisition technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand and meet the needs of each open search
  • Partner with the TA Lead on identifying process efficiencies to streamline the candidate engagement process during periods of high growth
  • Manage internal and external job postings, coordinate and host interviews, collect appropriate documentation, generate offer letters, and collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of executive meetings and interviews across various departments, ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders
  • Achieve proficiency in management of Greenhouse and other TA-enabling technologies
  • Develop and implement TA workflows leveraging tech-enabled solutions and processes
  • contributing to a more structured and efficient work environment
  • Contribute to building and maintaining reports to optimize communications related to hiring
  • plans and progress across the portfolio
  • Analyze and document current Talent Acquisition processes to discover potential gaps and propose efficiencies and future process changes
  • Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting, researching, and resolving platform functionality and data integrity issues

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant administrative experience in a b2b or client services environment
  • They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of
  • Talent processes and HR operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize objectives and manage resources to meet goals
  • Ability to build rapport with managers, interview teams and candidates
  • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with a sense of urgency
  • Self-starter mentality and optimization minded
  • Strong written, verbal and customer service skills
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for Roivant
  • BS/BA degree required
