Job Description

REMOTE PART-TIME ROLE ON PST TIME ZONE. 
With oversight from the HR Business Partner, the part-time contract recruiter will utilize Greenhouse ATS and diverse sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn Recruiter) to attract talent for roles primarily in R&D divisions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for roles primarily in R&D Divisions.
• Recommend pre-screened candidates to hiring managers, assist with interview coordinator, offer negotiation, and preliminary onboarding.
• Please utilize your own preferred electronic equipment (company laptop not provided).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including biotech R&D roles
• Outstanding communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Reliable access to computer and phone for work-related matters
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Availability to commit up to 24 hours/week to this client, supporting their schedule based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
