About Nick
Nick is a Senior Partner at Sci.bio Recruiting, specializing in biotech and life sciences recruiting. He brings a strong academic foundation in Biomedical studies with a focus on genetics, including independent research on RNA interference (RNAi) and natural mechanisms influencing aging.
With a broad recruiting scope, Nick focuses on building high-performing teams across R&D, Technical Operations, Computational/AI, Biostatistics, Clinical, and Quality functions, primarily within therapeutics-driven organizations. He is known for his end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client intake through candidate management and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and transparent process for both clients and candidates.
At Sci.bio, Nick works closely with internal leadership to expand market presence while also contributing to process optimization and innovative recruitment marketing strategies. He is particularly valued for his expertise in candidate and client relationship management, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes and long-term partnerships.
