About Eric
Eric Celidonio brings over 25 years of deep experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, beginning his career in biologics R&D and CMC experience with (now)Pfizer and Bayer. He transitioned into executive search and talent acquisition, leading high-performing teams at Merck KGaA, Novartis, and Moderna, where he was instrumental in building scalable recruitment infrastructure and attracting top-tier scientific and medical talent.
Driven by a dissatisfaction with the lack of integrity, expertise, and true partnership he observed in many external recruiting firms, Eric founded Sci.bio. His vision was to create a firm that embodies scientific fluency, transparency, and a genuine commitment to client success—the kind of firm he had always sought as a leader within the industry.
Today, Eric is highly regarded for his consultative approach and innovative talent attraction strategies. His work encompasses the full spectrum of life science recruiting, from supporting early-stage startups to advising global pharmaceutical companies, with a particular focus on delivering exceptional scientific, clinical, and medical leadership.
