Aleena graduated from Curry College with a degree in Psychology and previously worked as a healthcare staffing recruiter, partnering with healthcare professionals and clinical facilities to fill critical roles in fast-paced environments. Aleena brings strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills to her work and collaborates closely with the recruiting team to keep candidate pipelines organized and ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and clients. She is passionate about the Sci.bio mission and believes the team’s scientific background and collaborative approach sets the firm apart, especially when a single placement can help advance human health.
