Job Description
Leads cross-functional initiatives to establish and maintain commercial systems, forecasting processes, governance, and technology solutions that support product launch and commercialization. Responsible for performance reporting, sales force incentives, and field operations infrastructure, while partnering with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
Forecasting:

Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to build and communicate program budgets and forecasts.

Develop and report daily/weekly revenue performance and support monthly/quarterly forecasting.
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
-
Design, deliver, and maintain technology solutions aligned with commercial strategy.

Identify high-impact insights across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Patient Services, and IT.

Develop and validate dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Govern data and reporting processes for ad-hoc requests from leadership and commercial functions.
Field Operations:

Lead design and implementation of customer management systems (CRM) with cross-functional input.

Manage planning for field teams, including vehicle allowances, incentive compensation, data management, and CRM administration.

Oversee data inquiries and stewardship for field teams.
Trade Relations:
-
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to align manufacturing with distribution.

Partner with Market Access on gross-to-net calculations, inventory, chargebacks, and returns.
Additional:

Collaborate with IT on enterprise data strategy and platform solutions.

Perform other duties as needed to support commercial leadership.

Required Skills
-
10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commercial Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Analytics.

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
-
Experience with rare disease products is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to independently design and deploy technology solutions.
-
Effective vendor management and budget oversight skills.
-
Must work on-site in Boston, MA.
