About Musah

I graduated from UMass Lowell with a bachelor’s of science in biology and a minor in business. After graduating, I was not really sure what I wanted to do career-wise so naturally, my exploration first started in a COVID-19 diagnostics lab at the Broad, and then subsequently as a Research Associate at Proof Diagnostics. Neither path was fulfilling, so I continued looking… mostly for opportunities where I could leverage both my scientific and business background. A friend recommended recruiting for the flexibility it allows and the uncapped growth potential, and after reading into the industry more I thought it could be something I am both interested in and good at. I applied and the rest of history 🙂

As a STEM full-cycle recruiter, so far it’s been a very rewarding experience, and I am eager to learn more.
