Among the broad responsibilities, we are hoping to find a creative individual to work cross-functionally to help design/optimize large and complex guide RNA libraries for genome editing, develop and execute on assays to detect genotype/phenotype and develop appropriate cell models for library interrogation. In this role, the ideal candidate should be able to innovate and think about how we can implement high throughput molecular library screening. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, show high organizational skills, have excellent hands-on experience with molecular biology/NGS and communicate effectively with peers and management.
