Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent in the U.S. and abroad. This position will be entrusted to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. This role is based remote and reports to Manager, Talent Acquisition.



Essential Functions and Responsibilities
▪ Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the hiring process.
▪ Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure structured hiring process and
▪ Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job
descriptions and hiring criteria.
▪ Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on
the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the company.
▪ Oversees job posting and advertisement processes. Performs sourcing to fill open positions,
screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
▪ Manages contracts and relationships with staffing agencies/firms for FTE and contingent
worker positions.
▪ Designs, plans and executes selection processes (oversees interview questions with hiring
managers, conducts phone screens and administers pre-hire assessments, etc.)
▪ Manages the interview and reference check process in collaboration with the hiring manager.
Encourages employees to be brand ambassadors.
▪ Takes steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
▪ Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending compensation, start dates, and other pertinent details. Compiles job offer agreements.
▪ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
▪ Performs other duties as assigned in keeping with the Company’s core values, policies, and all applicable regulations.
