Job Description

Responsibilities

• Use molecular biology, NGS and microfluidics to build and establish high-throughput single-cell platform.
• Develop and optimize new single-cell immune receptor sequencing methods and contribute to TCR screening and characterization.
• Design, plan and execute experiments to support research activities, project goals and platform development.
• Analyze and report experimental results verbally and in writing.

Required Skills

• PhD in molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry, or a related field and 2+ years relevant lab experience, pharmaceutical or biotech preferred.
• Proven track record in and hands-on technology development and application of single-cell technologies (sample prep, emulsions, scRNA-seq).
• Demonstrated experience with Next Generation Sequencing and NGS library preparation workflow for single-cell sequencing.
• Hands-on expertise with current molecular biology and cell culture procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Single-cell sequencing data analysis with python and R is a plus
• Experience with automation preferred

Salary Range: $105,000-$150,000
