Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented scientist to contribute to molecular assay development efforts. Responsibilities

* Develop, optimize, and execute molecular assays to support characterization, release, and stability testing of therapeutic products. * Create and validate protocols for advanced sequencing applications. * Conduct analytical work, including assay development, qualification, and statistical analysis. * Design and perform experiments to assess assay performance metrics. * Provide timely analytical support for process development and testing. * Maintain accurate documentation and present results to cross-functional teams. * Explore and implement innovative assay technologies to enhance methods. * Contribute to regulatory documentation and collaborate across teams. * Mentor and train junior team members on analytical techniques.

Required Skills

* Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering) with substantial experience in assay development and troubleshooting. * Expertise in molecular assay techniques such as PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, and NGS library construction. * Knowledge of sequencing platforms and bioinformatic tools (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis. * Familiarity with gene and cell therapy modalities, including assay development under regulatory guidelines. * Hands-on experience with tissue/cell culture techniques is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills, scientific rigor, and ability to optimize protocols for robust results. * Proven ability to lead projects, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
