Job Description

We are seeking a Scientist I/II with expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry to join an analytical development team. The role focuses on developing and applying assays for the characterization of therapeutic components, including oligonucleotides, conjugates, nanoparticles, and proteins. This hands-on position offers exposure to all aspects of analytical development while working closely with cross-functional teams to advance the therapeutic pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Support analytical development, including assay development, qualification, validation, and sample testing. * Contribute to new methods for characterization, stability, and potency assays. * Perform sample analysis following established protocols and SOPs. * Assist with regulatory submission documentation and method transfer to external partners. * Maintain accurate records and communicate results effectively. * Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

Required Skills

* Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. * Relevant industry experience (varies by degree level). * Expertise in HPLC and/or LC-MS method development and validation. * Experience with macromolecule analysis is a plus. * Strong focus on continuous learning, improvement, and organization. * Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across teams. * Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
