The candidate should be an enthusiastic, hard-working, detail-oriented team player, with a passion for scientific research and drug discovery.

  • Design, construct, and screen phage-displayed peptide libraries to discover binders to undruggable target proteins
  • Develop new methods to construct phage display libraries with expanded chemical diversities (noncanonical amino acids, new stapling chemistries, etc.)
  • Evaluate new screening and directed evolution technologies and develop alternative screening platforms, such as yeast display, and mRNA display
