We are currently in search of two enthusiastic, innovative, and self-driven research technicians to support our biomedical research projects. Our research focuses on exploring the mechanisms of gene expression in pathogenic bacteria to develop novel antibiotics. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in this field. We will provide you with comprehensive guidance and mentorship to ensure your success in this role. We expect our ideal candidate to commit to a minimum of two years of service with our lab.

What you’ll do:

·         Perform routine scientific research work in lab.

·         Assemble and/or operate various laboratory equipment and apparatus.

·         Record research data in accordance with prescribed procedures, discussing results with supervisor.

·         Assists in collection of data for project reports.

·         Reads literature and confers with supervisor concerning implementation of new procedures.

·         May order chemicals, reagents, and other laboratory supplies.

·         May plan for, and provide working supervision to, work of laboratory personnel of lower grade engaged in limited phase of research project.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.



BS or MS degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, and related fields.


A minimum of one year of lab research experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $31,600.00 – $47,400.00. The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education and credentials).
