Job Description

The candidate will collaborate with the T Cell Immunology Process Development team to support the development of T cell products. They will focus on analyzing in-process samples and process changes for early-stage cell therapy programs. Close collaboration with other teams is required. Responsibilities include conducting efficient cell-based characterization and functional assays.


* Conduct multicolor flow cytometry for T cell assessment. * Perform functional assays such as ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, and MSD. * Develop, optimize, and implement assays for product characterization. * Culture human T cells and cell lines. * Maintain sample tracking and compile results. * Present findings internally.

Required Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. * Interest in T cell biology and cancer immunotherapy. * Enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred Requirements: * Proficient in basic lab techniques and cell culture. * Experienced in quality control of analytical methods and documentation. * Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in specific software tools.
