Job Summary:

This individual will perform antibody production and evaluate their therapeutic efficacy in mouse models. Key duties include cloning, mammalian cell culture, protein expression and purification, mouse breeding and colony maintenance, protein/antibody interaction assays. This person will trouble shoot and optimize experiments, train and manage undergraduate lab assistants, and accurately keep track of multiple samples and experiments.

What We Are Looking For :
Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will need:

Bachelor’s degree  
One (1) year experience in Biology or related field.

Skills needed:

Experiment skills and knowledge for mammalian cell culture, bacteria cell culture, DNA/RNA works, Western blot, molecular cloning required.
Good communications skills with ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work safely and accurately in a laboratory setting.

What is nice to have:
Experience with mouse handling and breeding preferred.
