Job Description
The laboratory of Prof. Tae-Hee Lee at Penn State University is looking for post-doctoral researchers and research associates/technicians to work in the areas of single-molecule biophysics of the nucleosome, chromatin arrays, chromatin liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), chromatin remodelers, and RNA polymerase II. Researchers trained in the field of single-molecule biophysics, chromatin/nucleosome biochemistry/biophysics, or eukaryotic transcription biochemistry and molecular biology are preferred, but individuals trained in other fields of molecular/structural biology, biochemistry, and experimental biophysics are also welcome to apply. A minimum of one peer-reviewed research publication as a primary author is required for a postdoctoral position. The minimum annual salary for a postdoctoral position starts at $61,008. The minimum wage for a research associate/technician position is commensurate with experience in the relevant fields.
