Our mission is to establish targeted therapies that will transform the lives of patients suffering from these devastating diseases.
The successful candidate will investigate the mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis and metastasis of TNBC/IBC, expose the immune modulation of the tumor microenvironment, and develop optimal immunochemotherapies using state-of-the-art technologies, including humanized/transgenic mouse modeling, immune profiling, RNA-sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, multiplexed immunofluorescence staining, and other in vitro and in vivo models. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead and co-lead projects, design experiments for generating high-dimensional data, work closely with collaborators and lab members, and mentor undergraduate/graduate/internship students.
