Position Description: A postdoctoral position is available in the Kelliher lab to identify critical leukemia-initiating cell (L-IC) genes that regulate dormancy and mediate therapeutic resistance and relapse. The project employs state-of-the-art mouse and humanized models to identify L-IC populations and investigate epigenetic mechanisms that underlie relapse.
Job Requirements: PhD
Qualified candidates should hold a PhD in molecular biology or biochemistry and proven track record of productivity from PhD (first author publication(s) in internationally recognized, peer reviewed journals). Candidates should be proficient in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
