Job Description
Position Description – Postdoctoral Associate: CLAN Labs at Purdue University (https://engineering.purdue.edu/CLANLabs ) is looking for a postdoctoral associate to work in the area of quantum machine learning. Areas of interests include quantum computing, stochastic optimization, supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and differential privacy. The postdoctoral associate will be expected to conduct fundamental and top-notched research in these areas.
Position Qualifications: We are seeking candidates that are bright, highly motivated, and mathematically inclined research scholars, who have the potential to publish in premier conferences and journals. Candidates may come from different backgrounds, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Prior top-tier publications in related areas would be essential. All applicants must have strong mathematical and computing skills. Applicants are expected to be outstanding, intellectually curious researchers at an early stage of their scholarly career.
