Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic postdoc to join the Pearson lab at Weill Cornell Medicine. Our focus is on the role of glucose metabolism during neural development and how glucose transporter regulation directs cell fate decisions. We use transcriptomic, metabolomic and confocal microscopy techniques in mouse and human models of development. Applicants should have a PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience or developmental biology or related field and demonstrate previous productivity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team is expected. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. Prior experience in mouse husbandry and genetics, cell culture, immunohistochemistry, transcriptomic analysis and imaging are desirable.
