Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager will manage the supply of radioisotopes, precursors, and key materials to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and the distribution of products in support of the company’s preclinical and clinical programs. This individual will report to the Director, Supply Chain and be an integral part of the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) team contributing to the development of multiple portfolio programs. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the supply of radioisotopes and materials to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) and supply of drug products in support of Clinical Trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on isotope needs and determine manufacturing priorities
- Analyze forecasted demand, manage inventory, and ensure sufficient replenishment-based projections
- Arrange and monitor the logistics of Clinical doses and the transit of materials and components, ensuring time and cost efficiency while meeting regulatory requirements
- Identify potential risks to the supply chain and develop proactive improvement strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Support the development and review of Pharmacy, IRT, and Logistics manuals
- Create and maintain data tools that effectively communicate Supply Strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Minimum BS in Supply Chain, Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Radiopharmaceuticals or Related Industry
- Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in data analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, flexible, and creative, able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
- Prior experience in Radiopharmaceutical import/export is a plus
