Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, regulatory, legal, and medical teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
  • Go-To-Market Planning: Coordinate product launches, develop promotional materials, and create training resources.
  • Content Creation: Partner with internal and external teams to produce engaging materials such as websites, brochures, and videos.
  • Event Support: Manage participation in industry events and company-led workshops to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Assist with marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Market Insights: Support research to analyze audience trends and competitor activity, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Budget Oversight: Help track resource use, submit purchase requests, and ensure efficient spending.
  • Compliance: Perform duties in accordance with regulations and policies, maintaining documentation and required training.
  • Flexibility: Contribute to additional responsibilities with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing principles; experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices preferred.
  • Prior experience in related fields through internships, co-ops, or fellowships is a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and proven expertise in colloborating with industry specific KOLs
  • Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle urgent deadlines effectively.
  • Hands-on experience and expertise with a track record of delivering results.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, thriving in small, dynamic work environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and dedicated to producing quality outcomes.
