Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive Director/VP to lead IT operations, manage IT assets, oversee the help desk and vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on solutions implementation to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures for IT assets, including systems access, computers, telecommunications, software, and security.
• Oversee infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners for effective collaboration.
• Protect assets through encryption and traffic management.
• Coordinate software solutions for medical device and biologic regulations.
• Support stakeholders with strategic planning and implementation.
• Manage the IT Help Desk for timely resolution of employee tickets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred).
• 12+ years of IT management experience; experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries preferred.
• Proficiency with modern IT management tools and data security.
• Strong project management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of success in dynamic organizations with hands-on experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality results.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; no regular travel required.
