Responsibilities

o Develop market opportunity analysis, competitive assessment and other frameworks to
inform business strategy and priorities considering company vision
o Prepare components of Initial Business Plans to support the business cases along with
execution plan and risk assessment of project proposals
o Identify, build and manage relationship with potential business partners (Customers,
KOLs, academic, industrial), defining new assets for new business, collaboration and
partnership options

Required Skills

o Degree in the fields of Life Sciences and/or Marketing & Finance, additional business
education (e.g. MBA) is preferred
o Minimum 7year experience in the IVD, Pharmaceuticals, and/or Medical device sectors,
within the fields of business development, upstream marketing, sales /or corporate
strategy
o Track record of successfully assessing new business opportunities within the life
sciences sector
o Track record of successfully establishing business partnerships, for example establishing
co-development programs or out-licensing opportunities
o Excellent communication (written and verbal) `and storytelling skills in English
o Available to travel both nationally and internationally
