Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Specialist to provide lab, facilities, and safety support
  • Stock, sort, and maintain Inventory for office and breakroom supplies
  • Provide front-line internal customer support for the Facilities function and address minor building issues
  • General Facilities support, including dispatching vendors for building issues related to HVAC, electrical issues, etc.
  • Receive loading dock calls and packages, ensuring they are timely delivered to the appropriate individuals
  • Prepare shipments and coordinate pickup with shipping vendors, such as FedEX

Required Skills

Requirements

· Facilities experience
· Experience with or in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or healthcare industries preferred but not required
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to life up to 50lbs
· The schedule for this role is Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
