Job Description

Sci.Bio is seeking a self motivated, detail oriented, and reliable Operations Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing a wide array of crucial business operational processes, including accounts receivable, running client reports, coordinating client meetings and interviews, tracking contracts that are sent/received, and overseeing the office location. 
 This role will also support the company’s senior leadership in coordination, scheduling, and generating interview preparation materials for candidates and clients and will serve as the onsite office manager for our Braintree location and support the team by organizing and maintaining the office space, 
Depending on qualifications, additional responsibility can be layerd in: Social media projects, blog and content creation oversight, or IT support 
 Hours may fluctuate based on workload and office/remote hybrid schedule can be accomodated. This role affords tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement


  • Coordinate activities and company events for leadership

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and partner with Finance Director to streamline communication and processes for AR/AP and basic reporting.

  • Track and Maintain contracts database, including expiration dates, active contracts, and process compliance within the ATS

  • Support company leadership with administrative tasks, such as interview scheduling, conference call set up, agenda creation, and other administrative tasks as needed

  • Complete data entry projects as needed to support CRM and ATS based projects, including reporting for internal and external projects

  • Support marketing efforts with projects and initiatives as needed

  • Act as office manager for Braintree office location, including inventory and supply management, maintaining conference rooms and common areas, and signing for deliveries or meeting service people as needed

Required Skills

  • Associates degree required BA/BS preferred

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with track record of success

  • Strong MS Office/Google Suite experience, calendar management, Excel, powerpoint

  • Must be self driven and excel at follow up, strong anticipation skills

  • Life long learner with a winning , undaunted spirit focused on mastery

  • High degree of professionalism, sense of urgency, and reliability

  • Familiarity with AR/AP Quickbooks, basic bookkeeping understanding

  • Experience with CRM software and or database management preferred

  • An effective “Self” manager who can work in an unstructured environment

  • Excellent multitasking abilities, and a close attention to detail

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
