Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, executive recruiter to support a full-desk practice in our R&D contingent and “container” search segment. This role can be fully remote and would entail management responsibility

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

  • Full-Desk recruitment (Business Development and fulfillment) with a focus on clinical and scientific leadership roles within the life science sector.

  • Partnering with current and prospective clients to understand and accommodate their needs within the framework of a total, and scalable, staffing solution.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders and thought leaders in biopharma.

  • Work collaboratively while operating with a high sense of urgency and purpose.

  • Influence and develop thoughtful content marketing strategies that will resonate with decision-makers and industry leaders.

  • Develop systems and processes to achieve meaningful goals along with daily practices that spur activity from new and established clients.

  • Utilize database, ATS/CRM and all available research tools effectively while adhering to data integrity standards

  • Collaborate with Research teams to ensure the highest level of client service with complete market analysis provided for every search

Required Skills

A Minimum of a BA/BS preferably in Science/Engineering disciplines.

Must have 3 (+) years of progressive agency experience 

Proven ability to analyze market trends, formulate project plans, operate efficiently with limited oversight, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service to job applicants and clients.
