Harnessing the potential of modern human genetics to treat disease
We are genetic navigators, charting the complex maze of human genetics to create precision medicines to fight disease and help patients in need.
Responsibilities
* Assess current recruitment landscape, tools, and processes and implement a plan for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
* Conduct full cycle recruitment including manager intake meetings, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and shepherding candidates and hiring teams through the interview process
* Leverage recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Kortivity ATS; Greenhouse ATS will be implemented by Q2 2022.

Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in full cycle corporate biotech recruiting
* Self-directed, open communicator, highly organized, works with a proven sense of urgency
* Experience filling roles in R&D, Clinical, and Technical Operations
* Able to split time between filling roles in CA and Amsterdam locations; open to some off-hours phone/Zoom meetings with Amsterdam teams as needed (Amsterdam is 6 hours ahead of MA, 9 hours ahead of California; for reference).
