Responsibilities

• Implement and develop analytics approaches for multiple omics data, including bulk/single-cell RNAseq, ATAC-seq, proteome, and metabolome. 
• Establish and maintain an automated workflow for data processing and integration in a cloud-based environment.
• Work collaboratively with teams to conduct nonclinical/clinical data analysis, including but not limited to multi-omics data analysis, machine-learning modeling, network analysis, high-dimensional data visualization and algorithm benchmark. 
• Interpret, report and prepare for publication the results of independent and collaborative research.

• PhD’s with 1-5 year’s experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related quantitative field. 
• Excellent programming skills across multiple languages such as Python and R, MATLAB. Expertise in STAR analysis and/or Cufflink desired
• Demonstrated experience with GitHub/GitLab, Jupyter Notebook, cloud-based parallel computing environment is required.
• Great experience with analyses of next-generation sequencing data is required. 
• Experience with modern machine learning, network analysis and/or multivariate statistical models is required.
• Solid knowledge in basic molecular biology and immunology is a plus. 
• Capability for interpretation and innovative analyses of large biological datasets
• Ability to communicate technical information and scientific concepts in a clear manner. 
• Personal attributes: self-driven, fast learner, problem solver.  Must be able to meet deadlines consistently. 

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
