Job Description

Responsibilities

• Execute in vitro lipid metabolism, tissue/protein binding and other ADME assays. And troubleshoot as needed.
• Improve assay throughput by implementing automation workstation.
• LC/MS/MS bioanalysis and method development.
• LC/MS/MS instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform cell culture and cell-based assays to support project needs.
• Analyze, understand and interpret data.
• Prepare reports and presentations of results from studies within groups or across the organization.
• Work both independently and with the team to deliver reliable and reproducible results.
• Maintain and organize experiment and data records. Track data and upload data to database.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 1+ year industry/academic experience in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or similar disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro drug metabolism, enzymatic, or biochemical assays is required.
• Experience with Seperation Chemistry is required. 
• Experience in LC/MS/MS operation and maintenance is highly preferred.
• Experience with assay automation is preferred. 
• Hands-on experience with protein/protein interactions is a plus.
• Experience with assay development and optimization is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret experimental data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to function and communicate effectively in a highly productive, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Accountable team player with great attention to detail, high enthusiasm to learn, and a strong desire for problem-solving.  
• Ability to conduct multiple laboratory and project tasks efficiently.
