Job Description

As a crucial member of the Medical Affairs team, this individual will be tasked with creating specialized materials, spearheading company initiatives, and achieving strategic goals. This role demands adept prioritization and collaboration with various stakeholders for effective project execution.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain scientific materials, ensuring accuracy through routine updates.
  • Organize and execute medical educational events, congress presentations, and advisory boards.
  • Manage medical content and booths at congresses as part of strategic plans.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and patient advocacy groups to support initiatives.
  • Contribute to evidence generation efforts through the management of scientific consortium.
  • Collaborate on congress planning with Marketing leads.

Required Skills


  • Terminal degree (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD).

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years in Medical Affairs or related fields.
  • Preferable experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
  • Previous vocational experience in clinical/scientific fields, such as internships or fellowships, is advantageous.


  • Proficiency in generating medical affairs materials and writing.
  • Familiarity with relevant guidelines
  • Demonstrated success in dynamic environments, with a proven ability to lead fast-paced projects with urgency and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on expertise, collaboration abilities, and a commitment to quality and ethical standards.
