The Administrative Assistant / Office Manager provides administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, expenses, travel, and projects. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, organizing company files, and assisting with contracts, vendors, and payments. This role ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and meetings for leadership, including prep time and email management.
  • Handle expense reporting for leadership team executives.
  • Coordinate travel plans for the leadership team.
  • Provide logistical support for company meetings, events, and off-sites, including setup, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Assist in preparing key documents and presentation decks.
  • Record meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Provide backup support to the Associate Director of Operations.
  • Perform general administrative support and projects independently.
  • Manage office tasks like ordering supplies and interfacing with vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
