PAID TIME OFF

Paid Time Off may be used for either vacation, absence due to illness or injury, or approved time off for personal reasons. Paid Time Off accrues on an actual hours worked basis and is based on years of service as shown below. Unused Paid Time Off does not carry over into the next year.

(a) For any team members serving as client resources in a contractor capacity, Paid Time Off is limited to one week per year regardless of service time.

Transamerica See plan documents for annual limits and plan options. Company will make a safe harbor matching contribution [immediately vested] equal to 100% of the first 4% of eligible pay that you contribute to the plan.
